Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, delegating, organizing and managing the project in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Establish project metrics and timelines and ensure clear communication to ground. 
  • Ensuring project delivery within the time frame.
  • Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resources requirement.
  • Identification and management of key project issues and risks utilizing past project expertise and establishing mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Become the key focal point for all project related communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete work breakdown structure to estimate the effort required for each task.
  • Perform quality control on the project through development to keep up the standard expected.
  • Track, analyze, and present data, as well as monitoring the industry landscape for social commerce to benchmark our safety performance and standards.
  • Participate in and supervise each phase of the project.
  • Resolve escalated customer and internal team issues and complaints.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Attend internal and external project meetings.
  • You will work cross-functionally and understand the team’s business objectives to provide customized advisory and solutions, with the ultimate goal of steering leadership and management teams along with the organization’s mission and principles.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Project Manager in e-commerce/ logistics/any startup environment.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Trello and similar software.
  • An analytical mindset to identify and critically analyze quantitative and qualitative patterns that are associated with social commerce.
  • The ability to present data comprehensively and accurately, with the drive to execute on actionable findings.
  • Excellent problem solving/decision making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong judgment and moral compass.
  • The flexibility to work cross-functionally, independently, or virtually in a minimally structured and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
  • Good stakeholder management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to create impact for Malaysia’s social commerce landscape.

Salary:

  • RM3,500 – RM5,000
