Requirements:

Community Lead

Responsibilities

  • Set, plan, and implement exciting initiatives that entice and grow our resellers community.
  • Create engaging content and programs on various platforms to get the word out about our reseller programme.
  • Organize and manage events that will create brand awareness and are beneficial for resellers.
  • Engage with resellers and potential resellers on social media.
  • Engage and attend relevant events that connect to the community.
  • Educate the community about the resellers programme and be the face of AVANA.
  • Keep a lookout for latest trends and customers sentiments in ecommerce.
  • Craft responses or copywriting for content/creative/campaigns to engage and grow resellers via AVANA.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams to showcase new features and benefits of AVANA for our reseller community.
  • Gather feedback from resellers and feedback to product team for continuous enhancement and development.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward the reseller community at all times.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Strong conversational and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Have experience in ecommerce.

Special Projects Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with external stakeholders to ensure the accounts are well managed with clear deliverables and communication.
  • Maintain good relationship with all the accounts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed a special project target and achieve KPI.
  • Coordinate and maintain a close working relationship with the internal operation team to ensure successful project deliverables.
  • Assist Special Project Lead on ad hoc projects.
  • Research, identify and develop new business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Plan, develop and oversee the overall strategy of the special project department.

  • Prepare overall marketing strategy that is aligned with company’s goals and targets.
  • Create product positioning and messaging for AVANA solutions in the market.
  • Create and manage project plans and timelines for marketing campaigns to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Optimize our marketing and lead nurturing processes through internal and social channels.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Increase the company’s brand awareness and position in the market.
  • Work collaboratively across departments, especially with the Product team to improve products and offerings for the target audience.
  • Develop and manage the department’s marketing budget.
  • Coordinate marketing resources and capacity planning for the marketing team.

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, manage, and grow the partnership with digital marketing and/or ecommerce trainers, digital marketing agencies, communities and corporations related to SME growth and digitalization across Malaysia.
  • Construct, pitch, and negotiate offers that meet the expectations of the partners and merchants.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing partners and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally and serve as the liaison between our partners, merchants, and AVANA management: product, customer service, merchant growth, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Execute projects from start to finish, including implementing timelines, aligning stakeholders, marketing collaterals, scheduling, executing, and measuring results.
  • Build models and SOPs to evaluate the impact of partner merchant operations initiatives to improve service levels and merchant engagement/retention.
  • Represent AVANA in presenting social commerce solutions to partners and value add to partners’ current offerings.
  • Work closely with Business Development & Partnerships Manager for other ad-hoc tasks.

Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience using social media websites, online tools, email and apps that link with AVANA platform.
  • Follow up frequently with customers throughout the life of their complaint resolution.
  • Able to deliver effective management of time and documents – especially when disputes arise.
  • Works with other teams (Marketing and Creative, Sales, Partnership) to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Manage support inquiries from general leads with the end goal to get them to subscribe.
  • Replying to incoming contacts, responding to complaints from consumers, informing the incoming contact, blasting promos (if we are running campaigns), following up customers, making sure they don’t have any difficulties in using AVANA.
  • Helping customers in filling website data (e.g. uploading photo products).
  • Stay up to date with AVANA’s promos, incentives, policies and procedures.
  • Strive to meet individual and team key performance metrics.
  • Be flexible in changing shift schedules and work during weekends and holidays.

Associate Product Manager Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Define product requirements from stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog.
  • Monitor and evaluate product development sprint.
  • Working closely with product manager, designers, engineers, and various stakeholders from beginning product development until product release.
  • Document for new feature release.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in IT / Software Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Actively contribute to the talent acquisition process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation.
  • Lead employee onboarding process including employee onboarding.
  • Plan workshops to groom and upskill Avangers.
  • Work closely with People and Culture Manager for other ad-hoc tasks.
