Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with external stakeholders to ensure the accounts are well managed with clear deliverables and communication.
- Maintain good relationship with all the accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed a special project target and achieve KPI.
- Coordinate and maintain a close working relationship with the internal operation team to ensure successful project deliverables.
- Assist Special Project Lead on ad hoc projects.
- Research, identify and develop new business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall strategy of the special project department.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage all aspects of sales engagement and account management.
- Create and develop project costing, pricing and business proposals.
- Prepare analysis and reports for both internal and external stakeholders
- Highlight key business opportunities with internal stakeholders for experimentation and scale.
- Negotiate terms & conditions and contracts to successful closure.
- Assist Special Project Lead on ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (e-commerce, logistics, business development, partnership and etc).
- Preferably Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Strong project management skills.
- Good stakeholder management.
- Possess entrepreneurial mindset.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
Salary:
- RM3,000 – RM4,500
