Special Projects Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with external stakeholders to ensure the accounts are well managed with clear deliverables and communication.
  • Maintain good relationship with all the accounts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed a special project target and achieve KPI.
  • Coordinate and maintain a close working relationship with the internal operation team to ensure successful project deliverables.
  • Assist Special Project Lead on ad hoc projects.
  • Research, identify and develop new business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Plan, develop and oversee the overall strategy of the special project department.
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage all aspects of sales engagement and account management.
  • Create and develop project costing, pricing and business proposals.
  • Prepare analysis and reports for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Highlight key business opportunities with internal stakeholders for experimentation and scale.
  • Negotiate terms & conditions and contracts to successful closure.
  • Assist Special Project Lead on ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (e-commerce, logistics, business development, partnership and etc).
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good stakeholder management.
  • Possess entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.

Salary:

  • RM3,000 – RM4,500
