Community Lead


  • Set, plan, and implement exciting initiatives that entice and grow our resellers community.
  • Create engaging content and programs on various platforms to get the word out about our reseller programme.
  • Organize and manage events that will create brand awareness and are beneficial for resellers.
  • Engage with resellers and potential resellers on social media.
  • Engage and attend relevant events that connect to the community.
  • Educate the community about the resellers programme and be the face of AVANA.
  • Keep a lookout for latest trends and customers sentiments in ecommerce.
  • Craft responses or copywriting for content/creative/campaigns to engage and grow resellers via AVANA.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams to showcase new features and benefits of AVANA for our reseller community.
  • Gather feedback from resellers and feedback to product team for continuous enhancement and development.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward the reseller community at all times.


  • Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Strong conversational and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Have experience in ecommerce.
  • Able to communicate/coordinate with cross-functional departments.
  • Have an outgoing personality and positive attitude.
  • Love engaging with people, always confident, and camera friendly.

Salary Range:

  • RM2,800 – RM3,500
